Educational Workshop

Speaker: Verna Pike

Verna J Pike is the owner/manager of Country Campground with 18 spaces, and two rental trailers. She has managed this for approximately seven years. She has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice and has worked in law enforcement, county courts, and education at the SRCI (Snake River Correctional Institution); which has given her insight to people and personalities. This has assisted her in reviewing applications and people. She has over 20 years of experience in education. She gained her knowledge of the application process through being an office manager and reviewing applications and hiring. She gained knowledge through her years of management and renting. She is excited to assist others in gaining a better knowledge of the application process.

This class is to assist landlords in the application screening process. The information is to help you understand the different forms and the process of receiving applications to rent. We will go over the Application to Rent, Application Verification Form, and other forms you will need in this process.
