Come join the fun at our Annual Event.

Adults Only.

Social and Raffle Tickets at 4:30 pm - 5 pm

Dinner at 5:00 pm

Presentations and Raffles: 5:45 pm - 7 pm

RSVP & Payment online only by February 12th, 2025 @ 05:00 PM Mountain Time

$20 per person includes your meal cost.

No Cancellation or Refunds

You can choose Tri-Tip or Chicken for your meal choice.

Sides for each meal are Dutch oven potatoes, vegetable medley, salad, roll, and then assorted mini pies for dessert.

Water and/or Soft drinks are included.

Beer and wine are NOT available for purchase, but our members and guests can bring their alcohol and drink there. Make sure to get a corkscrew to open wine bottles as needed.

Please bring one raffle gift per membership.

Raffle tickets can be purchased by cash or check starting at 4:30 pm.

CE Credits are NOT offered for this Annual Meeting.
